Next to the police station at the Panaradreef, Hermeta Façade construction introduced broze-coloured anodized aluminum façade elements in Parana’s building. Panara is a residential as well as an office building for a maximum of 44 previously homeless individuals. Besides that, it offers a place for 24 regular individuals seeking a home, who are willing to provide a supporting contribution. Companies operating on a small scale will be located on the ground floor. The overall look is determined by Hermeta’s developed aluminum mounting, which was used as a border for a large number of the frames.

The renovation of the outer façades for the shopping centre in Maarssen is a separate project, involving the destruction and re-construction of over 12.000 m2 of façades in a limited amount of time, while the shopping will remain open is quite a challenging task. Especially since the renovation of the façades is responsible for providing a new ‘look’ for the shopping centre itself.
